4. Order Confirmation

• Orders will be confirmed only after receiving advance payment.
• Once an order is confirmed, cancellation or modification may not be possible.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• For bulk orders, partial advance payment is mandatory.
• The remaining balance must be cleared before dispatch.

6. Manufacturing & Delivery

• Delivery timelines depend on order quantity and customization requirements.
• AG Steel Enterprises is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as transportation issues, natural events, or supplier delays.
• Shipping charges are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.

7. Warranty & Quality

• Any damage during transit must be reported immediately upon delivery.

8. Returns & Replacement

• Returns are not accepted for customized or made-to-order products.
• Replacement is only applicable in case of manufacturing defects and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

9. Cancellation Policy

• Orders once placed cannot be canceled after production has started.
• Advance payment is non-refundable in such cases.

10. Intellectual Property

• All product designs, images, and content belong to AG Steel Enterprises.
• Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

• AG Steel Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
